1. What are the steps to place any order?
1. Customer gives order on WhatsApp (+91-93234-04258) or email (itasteofindia7@gmail.com) and also provide shipping address with pincode, which will help to calculate shipping charges.
2. After receving order, we will raise your estimate bill (products cost + shipping cost) and send to you for checking and confirmation.
3. After your confirmation we will provide you the payment link and request for 100% advance payment.
For customers outside India, the payment link will have our bank account details in your country, so you just have to do wire transfer from your bank account to our bank account.
For Indian customers we will provide our Indian bank UPI ID and QR code.
4. Customer does 100% payment and inform to us by WhatsApp or email.
5. After 100% payment confirmation, we will start processing order, this will take around 1 to 2 days.
6. We will ship your items to your shipping address and provide you the Shipment Tracking number.
2. Is there any minimum order quantity?
The minimum order quantity is 6 kg. This will help to decrease your shipping cost as more the order quantity the lesser shipping cost.
3. How products are packged?
We will provide the vaccum sealed packaging wherever required, this will ensure the products stabilty and increase products self-life.
